Zakład Elektroinstalacyjny TM-BUD Sp. z o.o. was established in 2009 as a two-person civil partnership, located in Szczerców.
At first, the core business included mainly preparing of the bid and post-construction cost estimations as well as performing constructor’s management during the construction process. However, due to dynamic company’s development, primary range of services was increased and the civil partnership was transformed into Limited Liability Company since 01.01.2013. At present our company is located in Skierniewice, Poland.
The company’s current service scope includes all stages of investment process from pre-investment activities (initial concept preparation, acquiring of required agreements and permissions, budget estimation, selection of technical solutions, technical advisory etc.) to project design and comprehensive works execution in the following construction branches:
